The Beachfront Guesthouse offers an affordable taste of a full-scale seaside vacation home. This second-story haven captures the lulling balmy breezes, the lush foliage of tropical plantings, and the private views of magnificent Mauna Kea and a prime spot for enjoying breathtaking sunsets.
Only steps away, along your own path, is the beach, where you can observe our beloved honu (sea turtles), snorkel or scuba in the Pacific’s abundant waters, or explore tide pools for fascinating creatures. Or, simply relax in a hammock under the seaside palms. Visit during the winter months for the awesome sight of humpback whales at play a few hundred feet from your own beach.
During your stay, take the home’s beach-cruiser bicycles for a ride to explore the many beaches along Puako Drive. Head to the Puako General Store for a cold drink and snack, relax on the store’s lanai and talk story with other visitors and Puako denizens.
