Waimea Villa’s Victorian architecture makes this a picturesque and comfortable home-away-from-home. Located atop a hill at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this house boasts stunning views of the Kohala Coastline and the mountains of the Big Island. Weather can be a warm 80 degrees, blue skies and sunshine or, when the trade winds blow, the clouds roll in, precipitation refreshes the earth and the air is crisp, clean, jacket weather. If you like a good workout, the neighborhood hills are a great locale for a brisk aerobic walk. The reward at the top of the puu (hill), stunning vistas of Waimea town and the coast line. Numerous local restaurants and coffee shops are a brief walk into town, as well as live theatre, historic Parker Ranch, horseback and ATV rides, and local shopping.
