This third-floor corner condo is perfect for couples or families on a budget. With two bedrooms and two baths, fully equipped kitchen and two balcony lanais. The primary bedroom and living room have air conditioning units. You will find this the perfect home base for getting to know Puako, its nearby beaches and the Island of Hawaii. The oceanside balcony lanai offers birdsong and fragrant breezes along with views of ocean, pool, plantings and Puako Beach Drive—a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or sunset skies. The pub table and six chairs make this the go-to place for meals. As a corner unit, this has a second balcony that expands the views to include the stately Kohala Mountain and Kaunaoa Bay, the location of the iconic Mauna Kea Bay Hotel. Cross breezes are an added benefit. The newly refreshed décor is classic Hawaii beach, designed for easy living, with comfortable rattan upholstered furniture and coffee table.

  Couldn’t have asked for a more fully furnished, everything provided condo. Beautiful location with two balconies, with views creating a nice expanse. So close to the beach and snorkeling.

  It was well kept clean only problem was that there was a lot of junk in the second bedroom closet it caused inconvinence as the room was smaller. Had problem with the bags. Other than that ever thing was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. The balcony was great to sit and enjoy the ocen view. They were very good and let us check out late since our flight was late at night. We really appreciate there understanding.

  The condo is very well maintained with a spacious patio overlooking the ocean. We spend a lot of time at Hapuna Beach, and this condo is located right next to one of the top 5 beaches in Hawaii. It was very quiet and peaceful, lots of people getting in their morning workouts jogging up and down the street. The General Store located next to the condo complex has the best sandwiches and a good selection of wine. Overall I give this condo 5 stars for its location, the property is pristine and very well maintained, and the location is perfect. Enjoy your stay, you've just found one of the best condos on the island!

  Excellent directions; easy entry; windows open and fans running, allowing in the ocean breeze; two large, ripe papayas in a bowl; two cold drinks and damp washcloths in the fridge to mitigate the shock of arrival to hot weather; a call from 2 Papayas to make sure everything is okay. What's not to like? Besides the view of the nearby ocean from the patio, our rental was very clean and offered plenty of sheets, towels, and beach equipment. Binders with clear directions on how to operate electronic devices, as well as excellent local information, allowed us to make the most of our time there. Beds are comfy, furniture attractive and appropriate to Hawaii, kitchen well equipped and functional. Ah, the sunsets! Beach bath across the street. Small grocery store with rental snorkeling equipment next door. A quick response from management to a question. A perfect location to a variety of tourist attractions, restaurants, and other beaches and towns. Puako is a small settlement that represents both traditional Hawaii and the newer, wealthier influx. You can easily visit the Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani but return to something more real and personal but with sunsets just as fine.

  What a great find! The views, the layout, the breeze coming though, the comfortable furniture! Loved hearing the birds every morning as you are up near the treetops. The pool was a great delight for our grandkids who learned to swim there. Highly recommended!

  This 2-br condo is a third floor corner unit; great light and nice views. Quiet and peaceful. There were only two of us staying there - I think 2adults + 2 kids, or 3 adults would be fine. Four adults may feel crowded. Eating is at the bar counter, or around a table on the balcony, which is most accessible through one of the bedrooms (vs. the living room). The condo comes with a great binder full (not to full) of visitor information. The condo is close to the shoreline, although the lava rocks do not make access to the water as easy as a sandy beach. There are some some beautiful sandy beaches within driving distance. The snorkeling at the end of the road is great.

  My family and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Puako Beach condo #310 for about two months. It was a dream come true! We've lived in Hawaii for years and Puako has always been our favorite place to "staycation" and this location is ideal. We are a family of four, with 2 young boys and they loved the pool and easy access to the ocean right across the street. We spent many days snorkeling and relaxing on the beach. We also enjoyed the close proximity to some of our favorite beaches, Hapuna and Beach 69. The condo was clean and well-stocked and we loved the lanai for morning coffee and sunset dinners. Mary and her team were always available if we had any questions. It was hard to say goodbye when it was time to leave, but I have no doubt we'll be back! A hui hou!
