Payment Policies

 

Standard Policies

 

• 1/4 rent is due and non-refundable 14 days after booking.

• The balance, including damage deposit, is due and non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival.

• Rent on bookings made within 60 days of arrival shall be due in full with rent non-refundable.

• In the event of cancellation, we will do our best to rebook your dates to another party. If we do so, you will be refunded the portion already paid, less a $200 service fee.

 

Christmas Policies

 

Christmas and New Year Policies (December 15 to January 5)

• 10 night minimum stay

• 1/4 rent is due upon booking and is non-refundable at that time.

• The non-refundable balance is due on September 1st.
